When our clients reached out, they were eager to expand their war-time bungalow, craving both space and function. We designed and built a 24' x 16' rear addition, transforming their home with a custom kitchen and a new principal suite while seamlessly integrating the design throughout the rest of the house. With south and west-facing exposure, Simone knew the true star of this renovation would be natural light — and placed the kitchen right where it could shine the most. The result? A thoughtfully curated space that balances timeless charm with modern functionality.

A mix of neutral tones, warm white oak, and rich green accents grounds the design, while custom aged-bronze fixtures and natural stone surfaces add layers of depth and character. From the custom millwork to the carefully selected lighting and hardware, every detail was chosen to enhance the home’s soul while maximizing efficiency.
